What We Serve
Every item is made to order from fresh ingredients. Our rotating menu reflects what's best that week.
Double patty, aged cheddar, caramelized onion jam, house pickles, and Sauzy's secret sauce on a brioche bun.
Pair with truffle fries & a craft cocktail
Three soft corn tortillas, slow-braised brisket, queso fresco, cilantro, and a drizzle of chipotle-lime crema.
Add a Michelada or fresh-squeezed juice
Quinoa, roasted sweet potato, avocado, charred broccoli, edamame, and a tangy herb-ginger dressing.
Plant-based and gluten-friendly
Bar-quality drinks built on the move — house shrubs, fresh muddles, and a rotating seasonal spirit list.
Ask about our signature Tequila Sunrise twist
Rich dark chocolate center, vanilla bean gelato, and a light dusting of cocoa. Made fresh while you wait.
The perfect ending to any meal
Double-fried potatoes, truffle oil, aged parmesan, scallions, and a side of garlic aioli for dipping.
A crowd favorite — shareable or solo
Our Story
Sauzy's Food Truck started with a simple belief: great food shouldn't require a reservation. What began as weekend pop-ups around the Hill Country has grown into a trusted name for events, gatherings, and hungry crowds in Bee Cave and beyond.
Every sauce is house-made. Every spice blend is measured by hand. We source from local farms when the season allows and keep our menu tight so everything leaving the truck is exactly what we'd serve our own tables.
Whether we're parked at Shops Parkway or rolling to a private celebration, the standard stays the same — craft, care, and a genuine welcome at every order.
Catering & Events
Weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays, festivals — if it involves food, we've got you covered.
Intimate gatherings, anniversaries, and family celebrations — we set up, serve, and leave you with full plates and happy guests.
Lunch meetings, team lunches, and company events — reliable service with a menu that keeps everyone satisfied.
High-volume service without sacrificing quality. We handle the rush so you can focus on the event.
